Built Around Trailers. Driven by Experience.

Hello, I’m Jamie, the founder of The Trailer Tailor. My working career has been spent in heavy plant and machinery. Working and travelling the UK around 15 years. My family has an established record of running small successful businesses so I believe this adventure was always meant to be. I enjoy meeting new people and establishing good relations. I pride myself in the services I provide and meeting customer requirements. So how did I end up in the trailer industry? Well fate would be my honest answer. I was drafted into assisting a local motorsport business and ended up supporting there transport and engineering division. This is where my passion and love grew for trailers and when this venture came to an end I can honestly say it left a great void that I needed to fill. As a hobby I began buying unwanted trailers of all different shapes and sizes, giving them a new lease of life and moving them on to customers. It was here I had a vision of starting my own business supplying new trailers and through close support and established suppliers my once distant dream has become a reality. I am a proud family man and confident in my ability to grow my business and provide my services throughout the country. I would like to take the opportunity to extend my gratitude to my family, suppliers and customers for their continued knowledge and support.
